Biography
Lindy Wiens is a homeschooling mom who believes, with all of her heart, that combining various facets of Improv, theatre, movement, personal growth processes, and universal consciousness has the power to create joyful connection, insight and transmutation. Through Holistic Improv and Integrative Theatre Arts, she endeavors to facilitate experiential, heart-centered playshops and performance labs for non performers and performers alike.
Lindy received a B.A. in Theatre from Keene State College, an M.A in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Drama Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies, is a Certified Coach through Coach Training Alliance, and completed an Integrative Healing Apprenticeship. through the Shanti School.
She is excited to be joining the momentum team as production manager as a means of expanding her creative capacities and, of course, to support her “dancer in training” daughter!
